About the Banke Bihari row
Banke Bihari's own site publishes summer hours only, 5 March to 10 November, and no winter hours at all. So this page says "in summer" and claims nothing about the rest of the year. It will carry winter hours the day the temple posts them.
Hours move with the season and with festival days at every one of these temples. Read the temple’s own page on the morning you go.

Ram Kirtan Das arranges transport and yatras for Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir. He has offered to answer two kinds of question: how to reach Vrindavan from Delhi, and yatra and travel questions anywhere in India.
He replies when he can. Nothing is sold here and there is nothing to pay.
